PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet of which the surface print hardly peels off and which has a surface excellent in physical properties. SOLUTION: Metal thin layers 2 are provided respectively on the front face and the rear face of a base material 1 of a synthetic resin, so as to prepare a base. A decorative layer 4 is formed at least on one of the metal thin layers 2 and a transparent synthetic resin layer 5 is formed on the decorative layer 4. The decorative layer 4 hardly peels off, since it is protected by the transparent synthetic resin layer 5. |
