PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety control system of an apparatus for generating gaseous hydrogen and oxygen. SOLUTION: The objective safe control system comprises an electrolytic solution storage tank 160, an electrolytic solution refilling tank 165, an assist- agent storage tank 135, an assist-agent refilling tank 175, and a cooling system provided with a cooling fan 125 and a heat radiator 115 for cooling, to secure the safety of the apparatus 100 for generating hydrogen and oxygen gases.
