PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic resin composition which has excellent antistaticity, heat resistance, and antistatic durability. SOLUTION: This antistatic resin composition comprises (A) a polyether component and (B) a polyester component, and has the following characteristics. The carbon/oxygen atom ratio of a polyoxyalkylene group (Cn H2n O) constituting (A) the polyether component is 2.0 to 2.5. The content of (A) the polyether component occupied in the antistatic resin composition is 50 to 95 wt.%. (B) The polyester component comprises a short chain polyester component represented by the general formula (1) and/or a long chain polyester component represented by the general formula (2). The antistatic resin composition has a surface intrinsic viscosity of <=10<10>Ωand a glass transition temperature of <=-20 deg.C.
