SEALING DEVICE OF ROLLING BEARING

PURPOSE: A sealing device of a rolling bearing is provided to improve the durability of the rolling bearing by preventing alien substances from flowing into the inside of the rolling bearing. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of rolling bodies(26) is arranged between an inner race(22) and an outer race(24). A retainer(28) maintains the plurality of rolling bodies at regular gaps and covers the plurality of rolling bodies. A seal(30) is combined to an aperture end part of a space(S) formed between the inner race and the outer race to prevent alien substances from flowing into the space. An auxiliary member(32) is forcibly inserted into an outer surface of the inner race and in which a horizontal flange(32a) and a vertical flange(32b) form an L shape. An inner surface of the horizontal flange is closely adhered to the outer surface of the inner race. An outer surface of the horizontal flange contacts with an end surface of the seal. The vertical flange is separated from the seal at a predetermined distance. A protruded band(32c) is formed at an end of the vertical flange in a cylindrical direction.
