MONITORING CONTROL DEVICE FOR CHLORINE INJECTION FACILITY

PURPOSE: A monitoring control device for chlorine injection facility is provided in which conditions of chlorine injector of water purification plant and related equipment installed inside injection room are displayed in graphic images and letters so that an operator is capable of operating respective equipment accurately and safely. CONSTITUTION: The monitoring control device for chlorine injection facility comprises a power supply part(2) for supplying the noise removed direct current to an internal circuit as a driving power supply after removing noise by converting input alternating current into direct current; a control panel(5) comprising a plural driving keys through which an operator is able to input driving control direction of the chlorine injection facility(1), and a display window for displaying conditions, normality or abnormality, operating method and management know-how during breakdown of the chlorine injection facility to the operator; a control module(3) for transmitting control signals to each chlorine injection facility(1) according to control direction inputted by operation of the control panel(5) and displaying the processed information on the display window of the control panel(5) by processing operating condition information transferred from each of the facility; a communication module(4) for checking the operation conditions of the chlorine injection facility(1) through a portable terminal of the operator by radio transmitting a series of signals outputted from the control module(3); and a PC(6) which is installed in a central control room spaced apart from the water purification plant in a certain distance and connected to the control module(3) through a separate communication line to output the received information to a manager by receiving varieties of information outputted from the control module(3).
