<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for conversion of emission right of greenhouse gas capable of converting in real time a computation up to an amount for a deal to deal a reliable emission right of greenhouse gas with measurement and a mathematical computation of the greenhouse gas with more accuracy and fairness. SOLUTION: The system comprises a gas analyzer 5 to measure concentration C of the greenhouse gas included in emission gas G, a flowmeter 4 to measure a quantity of flow Q of the emission gas G and a computation processing part 2 to compute a quantity of emission Qtotal of the greenhouse gas by multiplying the measured concentration C by the quantity of flow Q and compute emission expenses P on the greenhouse gas by multiplying a total quantity of emission computed by integrating the quantity of emission Qtotal by a conversion rate R.</p> |
