PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver contents data to a receiving terminal having an undefined IP address at the initiatives of a center. SOLUTION: When the contents data produced by a contents producing part 11 is stored in a contents server 12, a managing part 13 produces an electronic mail EM to each receiving terminal 30 and transmits it to a mail server 20. Information (server address or the like) required for accessing the contents server 12 and downloading the contents data is described in the electronic mail EM. The receiving terminal 30 receives the electronic mail EM, analyses the contents, and accesses the contents server 12 to obtain the contents data. Thus, even when the IP address is undefined, the contents data can be delivered smoothly.
