PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural laying material to be laid on the ground for raising strawberry, or the like, preventing the wetting of fruits and making even a grounding side of the fruit receive sun light. SOLUTION: This agricultural laying material 1 is constructed by laminating a netlike layer 2 on a light-reflecting and water-permeating layer 3. The netlike layer 2 consists of a net 23 made of a linear body having a linear density of 100-500 dtex. The light-reflecting and water-permeating layer 3 is constructed by laminating sheet layers 34, 34 which are formed by placing a plurality of white films or sheet belts 32 in waves along the sheet face of a netlike sheet 35, and at the same time leaving an adequate space to the next film or sheet belt 32. When fruits are raised on the netlike layer 2, the fruits are supported in a floating state, and they can be prevented from getting wet, and at the same time, the reflection light from the light-reflecting and water-permeating layer 3 can be sufficiently irradiated to the grounding sides of the fruits.
