PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise display cool case displaying apparatus which secures a merchandise display space in a cool case and improves attraction to customers. SOLUTION: The tool is provided with an upper engagement board attached to the upper shelf of the cool case, a partitioning part having a nearly hemi- circular framework member to be fitted to the upper engagement board so as to be freely attachable/detachable, an inclining bar which is connected to one end of the hemi-circular framework member of the partition so as to be freely rotatable in a front and rear direction and forms an inverse J shape arch with the framework member, a positioning middle member which supports one end at the opposite side of the connection part of the inclining bar to the partitioning part so as to be freely rotatable in the front and rear direction and also which is freely attachably/detachably fitted to a lower engagement board attached to the lower shelf of the cool case so as to be freely movable in left and right and, then, a display part which is freely attachably/detachably fitted to an engagement groove arranged on the side surface of the inclining bar.
