PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an impedance measuring device capable of measuring impedances in two or more frequency points in a short time. SOLUTION: In this impedance measuring device, an AC signal is given to a load device, the load device makes a current according to the frequency of the given AC signal discharged from a measuring object, and the impedance of the measuring subject is determined on the basis of the voltage at both ends of the measuring object and the current carried from the measuring object. This device comprises a waveform generating means for giving a waveform having two or more harmonic components to the load device and an analyzing means for performing an analysis every component of the waveform on the basis of the current carried from the measuring object and the voltage between both ends of the measuring object to determine the impedance.
