<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building unit in which waterproofing can be completed in a plant and transportation efficiency is not deteriorated, a method for executing the building unit and a unit building with the building unit. SOLUTION: In the building unit 1, floor boards 4 are installed to the ceiling structure 1a of the building unit while frame materials 5a and 5b with balustrade metal fittings 5e for mounting a balustrade for a balcony are secured around the floor boards 4. Exterior wall panels 8a and 8b are set up on the side sections 1e of the building unit 1, and sections among the floor boards 4 and the frame materials 5a and 5b and sections among the frame materials 5a and 5b and the exterior wall panels 8a and 8b are waterproofed by waterproof tapes 11 and 12.</p> |
