PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip preventing device for a toroidal stepless speed change gear capable of preventing the slip of a power roller without deteriorating the travelling, by determining the working oil temperature in a power roller contact ellipse of the toroidal stepless speed change gear. SOLUTION: In the slip preventing device for the toroidal stepless speed change gear, an outside air temperature detecting means for detecting the outside temperature, an oil temperature detecting means for detecting the oil temperature in an oil pan of the toroidal stepless speed-change gear, and a working oil calculating means for calculating the working oil temperature of the power roller contact ellipse based on the detected oil temperature and the outside air temperature are provided. |
