PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cam shaft and a rocker-arm shaft from slipping out by a single stopper while keeping a head bolt at an optimum position. SOLUTION: A cylinder head 15 is so composed as to pull a cam shaft 31 and a rocker-arm shaft 42 in the same direction. A stopper 55 is installed by one fixing bolt 56 at a position which is an end part in a slipping-out side of respective shafts in the cylinder head 15. A slipping-out preventive part 55b for the cam shaft and a slipping-out preventive part 55c are integrally formed in the stopper 55.
