PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a sync pattern of 4-1 modulated channel bits. SOLUTION: The 4-1 modulation is a modulating method, by which 2 data bits are modulated to 7 channel bits. The front 3 channel bits are the synchronous pattern shown by '010', and the rear 4 channel bits are data parts and the data are shown by the position of '1' in the 4 channel bits. In the 4-1 modulation, the position of logic '1' on the synchronous pattern of 3 channel bits is fixed. Consequently, when the reference is made to the logic '1' of the synchronous pattern generated on every other one, the interval becomes always '7'. The sync pattern is produced by breaking the regularity of interval to generate the logic '1' every other one. |
