SOLUTION: In this base isolation rubber supporting structural body comprising rubber blocks with viscoelastic properties having upper and lower horizontal surfaces fixed to a rigid flange, the vertical side faces of the rubber blocks having the viscoelastic properties are wound by a high tension band-shaped body at specified intervals in vertical direction, and the outside displacement of the wound rubber portion is arrested. |
