PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backlight module having uniform luminance, and a display device including the backlight module.SOLUTION: A backlight module according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of light source assemblies; and a reflective component that can reflect light beams. The reflective component comprises side plates and a bottom plate. The side plates extend obliquely upward from the bottom plate so as to separate from the bottom plate. The light source assemblies are arranged above the bottom plate at intervals. First regions and second regions are arranged in the side plates. The intensity of incident light in the first regions is higher than the intensity of incident light in the second regions. Adjusting structures for reducing light beam reflectance are arranged in the first regions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
