PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water from being discharged mistakenly from a distal end of a scope at the time of not supplying water, and to supply air and water without impairing convenience of a portable endoscope. SOLUTION: A tank 30 with water W is attached to a fiberscope, and a pump 34 is provided inside an operational part. Compressed air from the pump 34 is sent to an intermediary tube 26B for air supply, and the air is discharged from the distal end at the time of air supply. Compressed air from the pump 34 is sent to a branched tube 26A and inflates a balloon 31 attached to the end of the branched tube 26A at the time of water supply. Inflation of the balloon 31 sends water W in the tank 30 to the distal end through an intermediary tube 26C for water supply.
