PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a nozzle plate excellent in an ink repellency and discharge stability even if it is cleaned repeatedly. SOLUTION: An Ni-PTFE eutectoid plated layer 108 having an film thickness of 1.5 to 3.0μm or an Ni-FEP eutectoid plated layer 108 having an film thickness of 1.5 to 5.0μm is formed on a base 105 formed by an Ni plating, and a PTFE or FEP pseudo surface layer is formed on a top surface of these eutectoid plated layers 108 by a heating treatment.
