PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a three-dimensional blade plate to be embedded in a tire molding mold which can precisely mold the blade plate without forming a crack by an inexpensive mold and a mold for producing the blade plate. SOLUTION: The mold for producing the three-dimensional blade plate 2 is composed of a pair of a lower mold main body 6 and an upper mold main body which can be engaged with each other. In the lower mold main body 6, a semi-finished bent mold 8 and a finished article bent mold 9 are installed in at least one place. In the upper mold main body 7, a semi-finished bent mold 10, a finished bending preceding press movable bent mold 11, and a finished bent fixed mold 12 are installed at least one place corresponding to the lower mold main body 6. The semi-finished bent mold 8 formed in the lower mold main body 6, the finished article bent mold 9, the semi- finished bent mold 10 formed in the upper mold main body 7, the finished bending preceding press movable mold 11, and the finished bent fixed mold 12, have the same shape and are formed by an angular projection part and an angular recession which can be engaged with each other. |
