PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated structure which shows satisfactory surface smoothness and good appearance and also a high interlayer release strength and further, enables an after-processing such as costretching without causing an interlayer release and a phase difference film obtained by uniaxially stretching the laminated structure. SOLUTION: This laminated structure is characterized in that a layer(a layer C) composed of an ethylene-(meth)acrylic ester copolymer with a melt flow rate of 1 g/10 min. or less as measured at a temperature of 190 deg.C and a load of 21.18N, is sandwiched between a layer (a layer A) formed of a polymer having an alicyclic structure and a layer (a layer B) formed of at least one kind of thermoplastic resin selected from among a vinyl aromatic polymer, polyolefin, polyamide, polyester and polycarbonate. Also the phase difference film obtained by uniaxially stretching the laminated structure is provided. |
