PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to select the number of binding sites at a saddle stitching book binding process. SOLUTION: In a sheet processor having an arranging means 97 for arranging a bundle of sheets loaded on a sheet loading means, a saddle stitching stapling means for binding the middle part of the bundle of the arranged sheets and a folding device for superposing and doubling a plurality of piled-up and arranged sheets, the selection of the number of saddle stitching sites to the bundle of the sheets can be made possible from an operating part 15, through which a user can set an action mode.
