A headgear and method for exhibiting displays, such as company logos, speci al events, messages, or just general advertisement on the bill of the headgear are provided. The bill can be made from a flexible material sufficiently pliable to permit a display to be embroidered or sewn therethrough, while permitting the bill to maintain its shape. The headgear further includes a resilient headband for engagement against the sides of the head of a user.
