PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system that inexpensively and rapidly execute a configuration of an FPGA (field programmable gate array). SOLUTION: The FPGA configuration service system includes a computer for establishing communication with a plurality of users via a network, a customer database controlled by the computer to manage customer information including a user ID about each of the plurality of users, and a logic tester connected to the computer. When receiving configuration information besides a user ID from a user out of the plurality of users via the network, the computer writes the configuration information into an FPGA via the logic tester.
