PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation pile capable of realizing excellent base isolation force and economical and efficient design execution by reducing excessive design in a design taking earthquake case into consideration. SOLUTION: A hollow elastic body 30 taking a reaction force from a structure 7 supported by a ground 20 in which foundation piles 10 are driven or constructed or the foundation pile 10 is provided at the pile head 11. A fluid 50 is put with pressure in the hollow space 31 of the hollow elastic body 30 to load the foundation piles 10.
