SOLUTION: The external storage device 110 for storing data received from the outside for each data block is provided with a determination part 275 for determining whether or not it is possible to record the data blocks by using a specific data pattern, and an access processing part 277 for storing identification information for identifying the specific data pattern instead of storing the contents of the data blocks in the external storage device 110 when it is determined that it is possible to record the data blocks by using the specific data pattern by the determining part 275.
