PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that although efficient data processing by a plurality of pipelines can be realized, control of processing state of plurality of the pipelines is required to avoid simultaneous access of the pipelines to the same resource, thus complicating execution and control of the pipelines, and the like. SOLUTION: Start of execution is instructed to a processing execution part capable of executing the pipeline corresponding to a processing content specified by an analyzing part 3, among a plurality of the processing execution part 1<SB>1</SB>to 1N for executing the pipeline having no influence on the content of the processing of the other pipelines.
