PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe, economical and sanitary hair cutting device in which hair can be easily treated due to an after-treatment after cutting hair, a desired hair style can be easily realized, hair can be combed and cut to realize a variety of hair styles, branch hair can be minimized and an after-treatment can be simply performed with good maneuverability. SOLUTION: The hair cutting device serves to cut hair sucked by a suction device and comprises a scissors 20 for cutting hair and a cutting operation part 30 for opening and closing blades 21 and 22 of the scissors 20. The scissors 20 is detachably attached to the cutting operation part 30 and can be replaced by a thinning scissors 20B or other scissors. A constantly opening mechanism 70 upon stopping is provided. Under a state that the scissors 20 always opens, the cutting operation of the scissors 20 can be stopped by the constantly opening mechanism 70 upon stopping. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
