PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat or carpet whereby a centrifugal force produced in response to the movement of a vehicle is imposed on a limited part movable seat part so that the movable seat part is pivotably displaced by the centrifugal force, with this pivotal displacement forcing the loin of a driver/ occupant to be pivotally displaced so that the pivotal displacement can be forcibly fed back to the body of the seater as stress releasing motion. SOLUTION: The seat has a base part which engages a floor, and the limited part movable seat part for the loin. The movable seat part and the base part are directly connected to each other by a pivoting mechanism capable of pivotal motion according to a curved surface of a predetermined shape. Further, a slip preventer is inserted in a space where the movable seat part and the base part are pivoting. The movable seat part is pivotably displaced as it is operatively associated with gravity/acceleration/centrifugal force acting on an occupant's body as the vehicle moves.
