PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in traveling with poor visual confirmability such as at night that a footpath or intersection having no signal is hard to see and danger, and a point of decreased numerical value for speed regulation is also danger. SOLUTION: The image of a road surface is taken by a CCD camera 1 loaded on a vehicle, a diamond shape, a crosswalk, and a speed numerical value are detected by a road display detection part 3. In a no-signal crosswalk detection part 11, the absence of a signal in the detecting position of the diamond shape or crosswalk is detected by the data of a navigation device 30, and a change in regulated speed numerical value is detected in a regulated speed change detection part 12, and these are stored in an alarm data storage part 16 with position data and the like. When traveling in this point, an alarm data read part 20 automatically reads the data from the alarm data storage part 16, and performs the output of an alarm when a condition set by an alarm output necessity determining part 27 is satisfied.
