PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable intermittent feeding to a press machine in the circular curve railway of a crankshaft having a simple structure, and to prevent frictional heat by reducing slips between an exit side roll and a material. SOLUTION: To punch a running and successive material with the press machine 1, a revolving roll 47 to circulate by the crankshaft 46 in an intermediate section 2 is provided, and the pass length of the material 4 is changed by the circular movement of the revolving roll 47 and, during the work angle period of the press machine 1, the material speed in the side of the press machine 1 of the intermediate section 2 is once nullified. A corrective speed (K×(V/L)) obtained by multiplying a correction coefficient (K) corresponding to the rotational angle (θ) of the crankshaft 46 by a value (V/L) that the inlet side material speed (V) of the intermediate section 2 is divided by the feed length preset value (L) is made to be a command speed of the motor driving the crankshaft 46.
