PURPOSE: A method for automatically generating and offering a menu considering the fish and meat fat content, and a computer execution program recording medium realizing the same are provided to automatically decide a unit volume of other food group fit to a ratio of the necessary calories to the recommended nutriment, and to automatically generate the menu that the volume of the food and the materials is decided. CONSTITUTION: More than two foods are selected for every meal(S213). The ratio of a low fat fish and meat group to a middle fat fish and meat group is calculated according to a standard volume of the selected food(S214), and the ratio and an exchange unit number of each food group are calculated(S217). A weight of the selected food or materials is decided according to the exchange unit number(S218). The entire menu table is written by repeatedly performing the previous steps as much as the meal numbers of the menu days(S219). |
