PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip which enables sharp increase of the number of loadings by only loading it on a clip binder that is sold in the market at present and holds and binds paper or the like, and which can be loaded on the binder without coordination of the upper and lower parts thereof. SOLUTION: The clip has a holding face notch 4 provided by notching a holding face 2 in the shape of a recess, back notches 5 provided by notching the opposite sides of the back 3 in the rear part, with the central portion thereof left, a holding face bulge 8 provided by bulging the holding face, and holding end notches 12 provided by notching a little the rear part of a holding end so as to prevent the expansion of the rear part to be caused by providing the holding face bulge 8.
