PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental treatment apparatus capable of efficiently cutting with a sense of security. SOLUTION: This dental treatment apparatus is provided with a driving means 2 for driving a cutting tool 17; a root canal length measuring means 7 for measuring root canal length; and a control means 1 for controlling the driving means 2 to change the driving force of the cutting tool 17 according to the measured value of the root canal length measured by the root canal length measuring means 7. The control means comprises a rotating speed control means. The rotating speed control means controls the driving means 2 so that the rotating speed of the cutting tool 17 becomes the set rotating speed preset from the reference rotating speed, according to the measured value of the root canal length measured by the root canal length measuring means 7.
