PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing epoxy resin composition which can give a heat- resistant cured product having a high glass transition temperature, to provide a powdery curing epoxy resin composition having a high glass transition temperature and excellent mechanical properties and excellent storage stability, a method for producing the same, and a laminate using the curable epoxy resin composition and excellent in heat resistance and mechanical properties. SOLUTION: There are provided a curing epoxy resin composition containing (A) a non-gel-like amine-modified epoxy resin obtained by reacting an epoxy resin with a polyamine and (B) at least either boric acid or a boric ester; a method for producing a powdery epoxy resin composition by grinding a curing epoxy resin composition obtained by removing the organic solvent from a uniform organic solvent solution of components A and B; and a method for producing a heat-resistant laminated sheet by forming a layer of an uncured coating layer of the curing epoxy resin composition on the surface of a substrate sheet and laying another substrate sheet on the uncured coating film layer, and heat- bonding the sheets.
