GAS DISCHARGE TUBE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize deterioration in discharge characteristics due to impurity gas by cleaning up impurities generated at discharge through setting of a discharge gas cleaning part in a discharge tube. SOLUTION: A luminous part of the gas discharge tube 1 having a phosphor layer 4 and discharge gas inside its narrow tube is connected to a cleaning part for cleaning the discharge gas. The cleaning part is structured with a reserve tank 1a and a nonvolatile getter chamber. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
