SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of oily balsams preparing from medicinal plants that can be used for treatment of influenza, acute respiratory disease and other cold sicknesses. Invention proposes oily balsam with anti-inflammatory, analgetic and immunostimulating effects (1) comprising oily extracts of aloe, mandrake, cassandra, ephedra, plantain, sea-buckthorn, Saint- John's-wort and nettle in the following ratio of components: 1:1:1:1:1:1: 1:1, respectively. Invention proposes also oily balsam (2) comprising oily extracts of aloe, mandrake, cassandra, ephedra, pine (buds), garlic, plantain and andromeda in the following ratio of components: 1:1:1:1:1: 1:1:1:1, respectively. Invention proposes also oily balsam (3) comprising oily extracts of aloe, mandrake, cassandra, fir, pine (buds), garlic, poplar (buds), juniper and sneezewort in the following ratio of components: 1:1:1:1:1:1:1:1:1:1, respectively, and oily balsam (4) comprising oily extracts of aloe, pine (sprouts), Kalanchoe, wild rosemary, gum-tree, alder bark, service tree bark, bird cherry bark and propolis in the following mass ratio of components: 3:3:3:3:3:1:1:1:3, respectively.
