FIELD: biology and medicine. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in the fact that bioassays of the examined and pilot objects are burnt, the respective parameters of measurement are formed. The bioassays of the examined and pilot objects represent released gas components respectively of the examined bioobject and environment. Extraction of the gas component of the examined biological object is carried out in a direct contact with its integument. The active zones are determined by the difference of the levels of the gas components of the bioobject and environment, and the preservation and maintaining of the levels of the gas components in them are estimated as a presence of the organism regulatory actions in them. The device has a measuring chamber, power source, resistor divider, signal conditioner, timer and a recording unit. The measuring chamber is made in the form of a sleeve of hydrophobic material with vent holes, enveloped by a heat shunt and installed on heat-insulating supports, the sleeve is coved with a heat shield, a tactile transducer is installed on the edge of the sleeve, it is connected with the timer, the sleeve accommodates the main and compensating transducer connected to the resistor divider, power source and signal conditioner and separated by a heat mirror.
