PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling nozzle of a liquid filling device capable of regulating flow of liquid while its appropriate flow rate is being assured and further effectively preventing liquid from being dripped. SOLUTION: A feature of this invention consists in an arrangement in which a flow regulating plate 20 provided with a plurality of flow passages 21 having a predetermined length for use in regulating a flow of liquid and a liquid dripping preventive member 30 for holding liquid in many holes 33 and preventing liquid from being dripped when the liquid filling operation is stopped are installed in series in a hollow nozzle main body 10.
