METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DECORATIVE LAMINATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly and excellently decorate not only a flat surface but also a chamfered surface or an inner surface of a decorative groove of a front surface with a decorative laminated sheet by bonding the continuous decorative laminated sheet to all front surface of a woody substrate containing a decorative groove in a good productivity. SOLUTION: Decorative groove (3) processing is applied to a surface of the woody substrate (1) and a decorative laminated sheet (5) is placed on a coated surface wherein an adhesive is applied to all surface containing an inner surface of the decorative groove (3). Then a surface of the decorative sheet (5) is pushed on a mold material having a pushing surface almost corresponding to a surface shape of the woody substrate (1) containing the inner surfaced of the decorative groove (3) or the pushing surface with a deformable mold material, and the decorative sheet (5) is bonded along a surface shape of the woody substrate (1).
