PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-liquid mixer usable for a small size water flow apparatus and capable of producing ozone water with stable ozone concentration by increasing the ozone suction concentration even in a low flow rate region. SOLUTION: The gas-liquid mixer 10 is composed so as to produce ozone water and discharge the produced ozone water out of an outlet part 14 by supplying water through an inlet part 11 to a mixing chamber 13 connected to an ozone gas source and mixing ozone gas and water in the mixing chamber 13 and in the gas-liquid mixer 10, a recessed groove 17 is formed in the end face 16 of the outlet part 14 for discharging the ozone water which faces to the mixing chamber.
