PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food plate having a humidifying and humidity controlling function for foods suitable for a Sushi shop applying a rounding delivery system. SOLUTION: A plate body portion is divided into a food mounting portion in a central portion side and humidifying and humidity controlling functional portion in an outer periphery. The humidifying and humidity controlling functional portion in the outer periphery for the food mounting portion is formed of a water-absorbing and flashing material having aqueous property, so that the suitable humidifying and humidity controlling function to its entirety can be realized without excessively humidifying the mounted foods.
