PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tonneau cover unit for a vehicle in which a protrusion for disturbing loading or unloading is not necessarily formed at the rearmost part of a load chamber. SOLUTION: The tonneau cover unit comprises a rear side board 17b developed and mounted on a pull handle 28 mounted on a front side board 17a. Thus, the protrusion is not necessary to be formed at the rearmost part of the load chamber R, and hence loading or unloading of a luggage is easily conducted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
