PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inexpensively manufacturing a coated steel panel having an extremely smooth surface for practical use without damaging the original characteristics such as corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, weatherability, design effect or the like. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the coated steel panel having a process for spraying a coating solution containing a substance to be coated on the surface of a substrate material, a steel panel being the substrate material is vibrated when the coating solution on the surface of the substrate material during or after coating is held to a flowable state.
