PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of a discharge base and its conveying ability during discharge of material. SOLUTION: A discharge base (2) having a plurality of conveying means (21) that have rod-like structure and capable of reciprocating movement in its longitudinal direction is provided to discharge heat treated special enlarged pieces in a combustion chamber for heat treatment of material.
