PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the abrasion of a bottom part of a casing by preventing treated matter or a dried product from being pressed to the bottom part at the other end (rear end) of the casing after stirring, heating and transferring the treated matter such as granulated matters supplied into the casing. SOLUTION: Four approximately cylindrical hollow shafts 8a, 8b, 8c and 8d are arranged in parallel in the casing 1 rotatably along the longitudinal direction of the casing 1. Both ends of the hollow shafts 8a-8d are respectively projected from one end face 1a and the other end face 1b of the casing 1 in a sealed condition, and rotatably supported by bearing parts 9a, 9b. The desired number of discharge ports 7 are formed on the casing 1, or a part near a lower part and a side part of a jacket 2 or a case body 3 at the other end (rear end) of the hollow shafts 8a-8d, and a plurality of hollow stirring plates 13, 13, 13 are mounted approximately vertically to a longitudinal axis of the hollow shafts without being inclined, on the hollow shafts 8a-8d near the discharge ports 7.
