PURPOSE: Provided is a mortar composition for manufacturing panels, bricks, boards and tiles by using waste gypsum generated from industrial areas or mines, and other materials such as yellow earth, elvan, jade, charcoal, pigment, etc. CONSTITUTION: The gypsum mortar is prepared in the following mixing ratio of raw materials, including waste gypsum heated at 150deg.C: waste gypsum, yellow earth, gypsum in a ratio of 0.2:4.8:4.8; waste gypsum, yellow earth, glue and jade in a ratio of 4:4:1:1; waste gypsum, yellow earth, elvan, charcoal, jade and glue in a ratio of 3:3:1.5:0.5:0.5:1; waste gypsum, gypsum and pigment in a ratio of 6:2:2; waste gypsum, cement, pigment and gypsum in a ratio of 5:3:1:1; waste gypsum, sand, cement and pigment in a ratio of 4:3:2:1.
