STRUCTURE FOR OPERATING INTAKE DOOR OF BLOWER FOR AIR CONDITIONER IN VEHICLE

PURPOSE: An operating structure of an intake door in a blower of an air conditioner for a vehicle is provided to reduce the developing cost by sharing components according to the kinds of vehicles and to prevent the inflow event of external air according to the speed of the vehicle by reinforcing the supporting force against the intake door. CONSTITUTION: A slave gear(110) is combined with a rotating shaft(131) of an intake door(130) to control the openings of an internal air inlet(102) and an external air inlet(101) in an intake duct(100). A driving gear(120) is connected with external power by gearing with the slave gear. The driving gear has larger external diameter than the slave gear. Thereby, the developing and the production costs are reduced by sharing components of the gear between vehicles. Moreover, the heating and the cooling efficiencies are improved by improving the supporting force against an intake door and preventing the inflow of external air according to the speed of the vehicle.
