PURPOSE: A polyethylene sheet installation structure of a concrete water tank is provided to avoid the crack of an inner wall face of the concrete water tank and the reduction of a contacting force between the polyethylene sheet and the inner wall face. CONSTITUTION: One side face of a polyethylene sheet(200) is tightly contacted to an inner wall face(110) of a concrete water tank(100). An installation groove(111) is fixedly formed on the inner wall face of the concrete water tank(100). An anchor member(300) formed with an insertion hole penetrated is inserted into the installation groove(111). A fixed member(400) is inserted into the insertion hole of the anchor member(300) so that the polyethylene sheet(200) is penetrated and a head portion is contacted to the other face of the polyethylene sheet(200).
