FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating male sterility caused by great defects of spermatic duct. One should collect allogenous united anatomophysiological complex including a testicle, its appendage, all the elements of spermatic funiculus. Vaginal membranes of testicle, spermatic funiculus and testicle should be removed. Vessels in area of appendage testicular ligaments are tightened and crossed. Transplant's vascular pedicle together with testicular artery and vein are separated against spermatic duct. Transplant's vessels are anastomosed with recipient's mobilized inferior epigastric vessels. Spermatic duct is anastomosed with recipient's testicular appendage and urethra. The present method enables to restore passability of spermatic duct in case of male sterility caused by great defects of spermatic duct. EFFECT: higher efficiency of transplantation. 1 ex |
