FIELD: well research; applicable in simultaneous measurement of various parameters characterizing multiphase fluid. SUBSTANCE: device located in well has centering means, at least, one local transducer and means for measurement of flow velocity. Provision is made for multiphase fluid to bypass device, centering of means for measurement of fluid velocity in well central region by control of centering means, and location of, at least, one local transducer at same level in well longitudinal direction with centering means and means of fluid velocity measurement. Velocity of multiphase fluid is measured and ratio of liquid phases is determined by local transducer. Means of velocity measurement may be used for multiphase fluid flow rate. Fluid phases ratio may be measured in many regions distributed at angle round central region. EFFECT: simplified measurement and reduced error in data processing. 18 cl, 3 dwg
